Juneteenth, a day where mostly African Americans celebrate the liberation of black enslavement will become an official NYC holiday next year.
However, with the death of George Floyd, Juneteenth has become a multi-cultural Day of Action. One organization that is using that platform is Believers Bail Out. Their centric mission is “Muslims for Abolition,” calling on Muslims to “free our brothers, our sisters, our kin from bondage.”
The first words that Believers Bail Out promote are that they are “committed to building communities that are healthy, safe and allow everyone the opportunity to flourish.” Apparently safe and healthy for everyone except cops and Zionists. Believers Bail Out’s NYC Day of Action promotes a “Juneteenth Jumu’ah + Rally” that is “open to all, minus cops & Zionists.”
One of the main questions that need to be answered is, did the organizers receive NYC permits to host this event at Gracie Mansion, and was NYC aware of their discriminatory policies when they issued the permits?
Believers Bail Out has removed the Tweet, but their Facebook still has it.
The Israel Group is waiting for a response from Believers Bail Out.
